3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) apply to all purchases of digital subscriptions or services offered by Icarus Toolbox on the website. They apply to European customers and comply with French law as well as applicable European regulations. These TCS complement the Terms of Service described above.

Offer and Services
Icarus Toolbox offers digital subscription plans giving subscribers access to online content such as pilot guides and practical training materials.
The features of each subscription plan (included content, duration, price, etc.) are described on the website. All offers are non-binding and subject to availability; Icarus Toolbox reserves the right to modify or withdraw any service or subscription offer at any time.

Prices and Payment
Subscription prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (including VAT, where applicable), unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Icarus Toolbox accepts the payment methods indicated on the website (for example: credit card or other secure third-party payment providers).
Transactions are processed by trusted third-party payment providers; Icarus Toolbox does not store complete payment card details.
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt.

Order Process
To subscribe, the customer must follow the online order process on the website. This generally includes selecting a subscription plan, providing the required information, accepting these TCS and the Terms of Service, and confirming payment.
The contract is deemed concluded once the order has been confirmed and payment validated.
Icarus Toolbox reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, or an obvious error in the offer.

Subscription Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis (unless otherwise specified).
By default, subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration (e.g., month-to-month or year-to-year) until canceled by the subscriber or by Icarus Toolbox.
Unless you change your preferences, recurring subscription fees will be charged using the same payment method as the initial purchase on each renewal date.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your online account settings or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation will prevent any future automatic renewal of your subscription. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will therefore continue to have access to the subscribed services until that date.
No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made during an active subscription period.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, with the consumer’s prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, and confirmation of that agreement by the professional.

By subscribing to Icarus Toolbox, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content included in your membership and acknowledge that this immediate access results in the loss of your right of withdrawal for the relevant digital content.

If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, you should not complete the purchase of a membership that gives immediate access to digital content.

  • Customer support correspondence: retained for 3 years from the last exchange, for evidentiary purposes.
